Timeline Audio

A personalized audio platform that helps care teams deliver familiar music, family voices, orientation cues, and calming routines to individual residents.

Overview

Designed around a real everyday need.

Timeline Audio helps care teams create and deliver personalized audio protocols for residents in senior living and memory care environments. Staff can upload approved music and voice recordings, arrange them into ordered playlists, assign a protocol to a specific resident, and control whether it plays once, loops continuously, or repeats one selected item. Each tablet can be linked to a resident so the correct protocol is available on the correct device. The platform also supports staff-assisted playback, scheduling, offline playback preparation, device readiness monitoring, incident and observation logging, and basic operational dashboards. Timeline Audio is designed to make personalized audio support easier to organize and more consistent to deliver without requiring staff to manage files, playlists, devices, and resident assignments across separate tools.

How it works

A clear path from intention to routine.

01

Create the resident profile

Add the resident and record only the information needed to organize their personalized audio support.

You
Create or select a resident and review their current protocol and device assignment.
Product
Timeline Audio keeps the resident, assigned protocol, playback settings, and tablet relationship connected.
Result
A clear resident workspace for managing personalized audio.
02

Build the audio library

Upload approved music, familiar recordings, orientation cues, relaxation audio, or family voice contributions.

You
Upload MP3 or supported WAV files, add titles and categories, and confirm permission to use the content.
Product
Timeline Audio validates and stores the files securely inside the facility audio library.
Result
A reusable library of approved audio content.
03

Create the protocol

Combine audio items into an ordered protocol for a resident.

You
Add tracks, remove unnecessary items, and rearrange them into the preferred sequence.
Product
Timeline Audio preserves the order and calculates the protocol structure for playback.
Result
A clear, personalized sequence of audio content.
04

Assign and personalize playback

Assign the protocol to a specific resident and choose how it should play.

You
Select Play Once, Loop Protocol, or Repeat One Item and assign the resident's tablet when needed.
Product
Timeline Audio stores the playback mode at the resident-assignment level, allowing different residents to use the same protocol differently.
Result
A resident-specific protocol with the correct playback behavior.
05

Deliver the protocol

Play the resident's protocol through a registered tablet or a staff-assisted session.

You
Open the tablet player, confirm the resident and protocol, and start playback.
Product
Timeline Audio loads the correct playlist, prepares available content, and supports offline playback workflows.
Result
The right audio is delivered to the right resident through the appropriate device.
06

Record and review activity

Document observations and review operational patterns around protocol use.

You
Record incidents or observations and review playback, device, and protocol summaries.
Product
Timeline Audio connects operational records without presenting diagnostic or causal conclusions.
Result
A clearer view of how the workflow is being used and where follow-up may be needed.
